My lack of sleep is effecting me greatly today. I have no umph or energy. I'm gonna try exercising this evening. I'm gonna go for a 1.5 mile walk, and then do a work out on the Bow Flex. I need to start doing weight training again and sit ups. I'm hoping that burning some extra energy will help me to sleep better. I haven't had a full nights sleep in over 2 years. I always wake up at least 2 or 3 times a night. I would like to sleep through the night completely.
