Lucy woke me up in the night (4:45 AM) & needed to go out...quickly. I figured I better take Teddy too since he woke up. There I am trying to get them both on the leash, turn off the alarm, get my shoes on & get them out in time 😧 Teddy must have been uncomfortable when we went to bed. He kept whimpering for the longest time. They pulled a tooth & removed a small cyst off his "elbow" when he got his teeth cleaned. He wouldn't lie down, so we put him in the crate. After a while, we put him back on the bed with us & he promptly lay down & went to sleep. He seems much better today.
I went to the Gym today, but Hubby stayed home with the dogs and worked on organizing paperwork so he can get our tax info together for the accountant. Got a good workout but I went easy on the weights with my arms. I'm a little sore, but more like regular workout sore than I hurt myself, sore....if that makes sense. Sore glutes too.
We needed fruit, so I stopped at Kroger afterwards. Got a good deal on strawberries & blueberries. I also bought a flat iron steak & some salmon and portobello mushrooms to have with the steak. I realized I didn't get cabbage when I bought a Corned beef last week, so grabbed a head...and asparagus.
Back down to my lowest weight, today. For some reason, even eating what I want & having dessert, I've come in lower on the calorie total for a couple of days. (under 1700)
Off to bed....I have a therapy appointment tomorrow.
