I'm walkin, dag nabbit!!! It's killin me, my knees are throbbin....but in three months I can look back, hopefully, and see that I didn't die, and it'll be ALOT easier cuz I'll have 20lbs. off my butt!! (Or 50 lbs, would be cooler....and doable!!)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
