First time in my life trying cottage cheese. Low in fat, high in protein. I learned about this from you all posting your pics. Thank you for the tips! Now, I just hope I like the taste of it lol

If you don’t like it, try it plain with salt and pepper. It has a ton of protein !

It's good stuff 😋 I really like it with fresh blueberries, cherries, or grapes, and some nuts or pumpkin seeds

Cottage cheese and pineapple is so good! If the taste is a turnoff, maybe blend it w a couple stevia pkts and fruit. Like a smoothie. Might help. 0% Fage and cottage cheese are my goes for low fat/high protein. Although I’m not against fat! But I alternate my fats.

I also like savory cottage cheese, like adding ranch powder or light ranch dressing, like a dip. Or just salt & pepper w tomato 🍅

So delicious and versatile. I like it with dill or black pepper, or with fruits. It’s also great on top of a baked potato or, I recently learned, pierogies

Update: It was pretty good. The pineapple mixed in made it even better since I have a sweet tooth. I'm also going to try some of your suggestions you all have left in the comments. Thank you all for being so helpful. Time to shed this weight!

I love cottage cheese and pineapple. That's what I eat for dessert.

The strawberry and peach versions are my favorites. Great grab & go breakfast option.

I add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup to 2 extra large eggs and scramble it all up to make a frittata/omelet type thing. You wouldn't even know it's in there and it makes the eggs fluff up nicely.

Oh wow!!! I never saw this one, I always blend mine up and make a dip for my vegetables. Enjoy I will definitely be making this one.

I like plain cottage cheese with my burger patties. Delicious. I use a brand made at a local dairy, so I am lucky.

When having a salad bar out, I sometimes use a bit of cottage cheese instead of salad dressing. I really like it, but The Little Man only likes it if the salad is spinach with sunflower seeds.
