Just got through my first day. 750+ calorie deficit today. Aiming for 1-1.5lb fat loss per week. Not in a hurry... just want to be healthier and eventually totally shredded. Projected time to goal is 20-30 weeks :) looking forward to tomorrows breakfast haha goodnight. - Anthony 5/16/15
