If we’re supposed to go trigger warnings, here’s yours. Skip if binging or bulimia is a trigger.

I binged on absolute garbage not yummy at all crap tonight.

I wouldn’t be mad at myself if I’d stopped with this cookies &cream popcorn from the food bank. I could have handled where that left me at for calories & carbs & fat etc.

I loggged all that. But I decided it was Friday night & I was hungry and made 3 boxes of sawdust flavored food pantry Mac & cheese. If you’ve never had the it, it has no taste. They’re not brands you can buy. I guess the government distributes it. But it’s just pale yellow dust with no flavor. So I added 5 sticks of string cheese. Granted it was all split 3 ways, but I know half of one box is too much for one person. And all those carbs & calories and it didn’t even taste good. I’m tempted to try & get it back up. But I won’t. Just remember tonight & work to not do it again. Tomorrow is a new day.
