8AM: I'm going to try to do a little juice "cleanse" today, eating light (Kashi oatmeal flax cookies, veggies) and drinking a lot of Knudsen's mega-antioxidant juice. I think this might give my metabolism a little jump-start. We'll see. ___________________________ 5PM: Well, nice idea. Basically I stayed according to plan except for the mini-slice of red baron pizza that my little brother didn't finish!! I think I need to get ingredients to make healthy low-fat pita pizzas. That being said, my calorie intake is around where I want it. My carbs are a bit too high.
