Do you like the Kodiak Cakes? I have not tried them but use ProDough pancake & waffle mix which I love the flavor and they have 30G Protein so that is one reason I use them.

Redporchlady, I really do and my hubby does too. I get the buttermilk mix at 190 calories per serving.

Buttsky,. These are Kodiak Protein Pancake mix - I just added some mashed blackberries in the mix. They were so good.
