My leg workout did me in. Very sore 😔glad it’s my day off today! I’m up in weight I guess from the workout so I’ll wait one more day to weigh 😂off for an epson soak and some Advil. Wish me luck I still have shoulders and stupid cardio for today to stay on track. 🤦♀️
