well back to 166.8 I seem to stay between 167and166 right now great for not gaining more but I want to be 159 by first week in April going to watch the time I eat seems I get hungry at 6 or 7 pm I have been eating a cinimon biscuit I make with carb quick in the morning with black coffee and eat keeps me full until lunch lunch is a meat broccoli or califlower and cottage cheese snack is sugar free jello dinner tuna and salad I do sneak in a blow pop sucker once and awhile my kids think it's gross I eat my salad with no dressing
166.8 lb Lost so far: 76.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
