I felt as though yesterday was going to be a little dicey, but I really started feeling better around mid-day. I stopped having super-sharp cravings, and when one of my DME reps dropped off a 10-pack of Hershey bars, I gave them to my husband to give to some visiting friends.
Dinner was easier than I thought it would be, too. I looked at their nutrition information first, and stuck with what I had decided would be best. It also turned out to be delicious! After we got home, even though I had the calorie allowance for ice cream, I didn't want anything, so we just went to bed.
This morning, I feel better than I have in a long time.
