Got below 209 again. Lost .8 pounds from yesterday and got to 208.8, WooHoo!
In the 207's tomorrow? What do you think...am I pushing my luck?
I have found that getting on my recumbent bike for at least 20 minutes in the morning and at least 15 at night a couple of hours before bed seems to have increased my metabolism. Of course, I have been working out with weights at this week so I am sure this helps as well.
Any ideas on if I am correct or not?

Sounds good! Keep up what you're doing. Keep on with the weights as building muscle actually increases your metabolism as well!

I would think that it would because you burn calories at a higher rate for a while after exercising.

Had another good day. Did chest and back exercises and an hour and 12 minutes on the bike. Thanks again for the positive comments.

It's for sure that work on the bike is burning calories you wouldn't burn otherwise, whether or not it increases your base metabolism I don't know. But plenty of health benefits from it. Sounds like you're doing great, keep up the good work.
