Ate at Chili s had the 1/2 ribs and oops I had the mac and cheese ( didnt like that mac and cheese so only eat the noodles in it .) It was to spicy for me . then I got the free desert a brownie only had a 2 inch by 4 inch pieces so im sure ill have it today. Anyway my wight is 244 . still losing
Today im tryig to make a turkey meatloaf in the muffin pan so they will be very small ones Ill se how that is today . I also made corn muffins but i put a teaspoon of sugar in the batch .
244.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
