Hello my dear Buddies, I've been running around doing everything but walking and eating fairly well. Mother's day brunch I made cinnamon rolls and luckily they didn't send me up the scale, just a pinch. Ya know what though, my body is settling into the 173/174 instead of the 176/178 so I consider that a good thing. Plus I didn't really do my cleanse very well except that I've had a yummy green shake everyday for as long as I can remember. If I get my other cals down I think it'll fall again, but I do feel wonderful.
