Youpi!
Un rééquilibrage alimentaire avec de l'exercice (3 x 6-8km de course a pied par semaine) et on descend la pente! ! 👍🏻
145.3 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
