Same as yesterday. I’ve been thinking about how I felt after a weekend of more eating and drinking than I should have done. I didn’t feel good. Trying to remember that it’s not just about the weight. It’s about feeding my body a mix of foods. Too much restriction isn’t good but also too much indulgence gives me heartburn or can leave me feeling sluggish.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same here! Just do baby steps and get back to it and try to find a way out. That's what I had to learn and sometimes I don't make it but that's ok there always the next meal or day to get back on it. Hope you get feeling better.

Thanks Sunnie! Definitely feeling back on track with eating today and feeling good! The big test will be my vacation next week but I will be doing a lot of walking.

Overall health is definitely a marathon and not a sprint. It’s good to indulge every now and then but consistency is key
