Definitely an anomaly, water and muscle way up, blob down. I would have been less surprised if this had happened on Monday rather than today. Expect things to normalize tomorrow. I wonder if the combo of sauerkraut, chicken sausage and tortilla soup was a salt bomb causing water retention as I really didn't eat that much overall and I did consume a fair amount of cabbage via kale/cabbage salad mix and the sauerkraut. Ironically, I've been moving more, not less. Not excusing, just noting.
