1221 cals & 134g of protein today. Fruit with yoghurt, protein powder & chia seeds for brekkie. Droe wors, protein bar & nibbles for snack. No bread( tuna & egg) grilled cheese sandwich with cucumber and tomato for late lunch (16h50)😁😋
