When using Schwan's entries, I need to recheck nutritional values, I am noticing a change. Generally it is less calories and carbs probably due to smaller portions because of food prices.

Also, when I weigh myself 3 times I get three different results. Generally, I am hovering around 129-130. I do notice a big difference in my jeans.
