Still stuck at 144. *sigh* I'm going to have to change something about my diet.
I wanted to be 135 by my 42nd birthday July 30th. Time to take a closer look at the situation.

Taking a look at April 2011 and May 2011 it seems I was eating a salad for either lunch or dinner.

I guess I'll go back to that again.

Drink more water. Exercise 5 days a week - 3x weights or floor exercises, and 2x cardio. Write everything down. Keep within a certain # of calories. Focus on doing what's right for you....not the possibly unrealistic goal of 135 by July 30th. You can strive for it, but stop stressing yourself out about it. You will reach your goal....
