Well I'm proud of myself I've been recording all my food now for 3 weeks. :) I still have some adjustments to make, and I want to make a real effort to eat healthy. I'm going to keep excercising.
I'm interested in the idea of going almost totally vegan a couple of days a week, as a sort of cleanse. I really like Vietnamese summer rolls (rice, sprouts, and raw veggies wrapped in rice paper, dipped in peanut sauce). I tried making rice paper myself this morning, but my result was too gummy. So then I tried making steamed egg rolls instead. TOTAL DISASTER!!!
BUT...I did eat some good carrots and zucchini!
I'm just going to have to pick up some rice paper from the whole foods store. _______________ Some positive news: I went down a shirt size! And 1 dress size.
