I have no idea why my previous entry recorded a weight gain. I didn't record a new weight. Hrmph! Maybe it's predictive based on how I pigged out today 😂
124.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
