Ready for another day had a great workout this morning although I was a bit tired but I killed it maybe max heart rate was 161 min heart rate was 155, so I was a sweaty mess by the end, the last four sets of 8 hop squats followed by 8 push-ups gets me every time :) Have a Terrific Tuesday everybody.

Thanks Jim, I am doing Insanity this week, next week P90X, then P90X3, I have found if I switch them up every week I don't get bored with the same workout.

I agree Rockiesfan....if you cannot do it, nobody can....if I am not the problem ..then there is no solution..if its to be its up to me...God helps those who help themselves..I could go on but you get it...personal responsibility...its a bitch..

Nice....I did the same at my gym - ended up with over 65% of my workout ion the high orange and red zones of the heart chart which is 85% and above of my maximum! And yes, I also was a sweaty mess!
