62까지인가 빼고 3달만에 10키로찌고 그뒤로 몸무게 안쟀는데 결국 최고몸무게 갱신해서 78.2 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
몇번째 요요지만 그럼에도 다시 빼야지.

저당질식이로 일주만에 3키로빠진듯
165.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
