I just accidentally deleted my entry! Friday night dinner at home was great! Chicken & zucchini grilled on the new wave over fresh spinach. Sautéed onions, jalapeños, tomatoes & bell peppers. Tostitos cheese dip instead of dressing. Avocados were too hard so hopefully I catch those few moments of juuuust right tomorrow or Sunday =)
