This was breakfast and meal 1/2 today. I'm trying BBBE carnivore for a month, with a couple of additions. I'm using double cream + MCT oil in my coffee. I'm having one piece of 85% dark chocolate after my second meal. In my breakfast coffee, there is some collagen and I will have fish every now and again. My eating window is approximately 5 hours and I stop eating at 1 PM. This may seem early to some but I'm usually in bed and asleep by 8 PM! I LOVE this way of eating since I'm never hungry. Carnivore FTW!
