Went to the gym yesterday AND took a short walk. Im really trying to just move more. I wasnt planning on going to the gym yesterday, but I really wanted to lift some weights and it worked out pretty good. Im amazed at how much muscle Ive lost, because theres no way I could use the same weights I was using before. But, I feel like my form is pretty good and Ill just keep working on it.

Its a nice day again so I think Ill take a quick walk on lunch and try to hit a class at the gym tonight.

Now, if I can just stay away from the damn candy, I think Ill be on the right track.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
