Ever have one of those days when you try to exercise and you get stymied every time? I started my walking and hubby came and there went that. After helping him cover the raspberries and blackberries I came in and started to exercise again and my Dad calls. lol. It was great to hear from my Dad. I think I will move on to my sit ups and call it a night. I will try again tomorrow.

I have them often so I feel your pain. I mentioned this before but I will do some shadowboxing or practice my martial arts forms in front of the TV between commercials. I just began using the timer on my smart phone. will do 5 minute increments, stop the timer and start it up again. I'm near 20 minutes today. if you aren't having any company over, this may be an option.
