It was so simple and filling. I dropped the frozen shrimp into boiling pasta w a frozen cube of crushed garlic.

How high are the lentil pasta in protein? Are they more so than regular pasta types...

I’ve moved to frozen avo indeed. From Walmart. It’s served me well. I don’t mind it frozen. It defrosts quickly too. Easy to weigh, not messy
