I LOVE this website so much!! Everyone is so upbeat, and encouraging! When i don't record what im eating on here, i have noticed i tend to eat bad garbage food like pizza, lots of carbs, frozen food. But when i do i eat WAY less and and usally under my target calories and carbs.
