So, the guys at work are great - they are all hard workers and very respectful - if I walk up behind them, they are swearing and talking trash usually, but once they see me they are all over talking about dieting! The foreman is also doing weight watchers - he's trying to lose more than his wife does, even though she is the one going to the meetings.
I waited to have breakfast today, but only til 9, and combined it with a potty break (see yesterday's journal entry!). So that worked out well, and I chose the eggs, fruit and toast with bacon. I put half in a takeout container right away, and then had lunch as well - decided last night that I wasn't going to take food from home so when I bought stuff, it was a meal. Salad for dinner, since I went to a financial planner right after work and then was going to the gym. So I ate a bit more than I usually do, but I knew I was going to work out.
Then tonight, at the gym, I warmed up, lifted weights and then ran. I went 1.5 miles and also 40 minute weight class. I added weights for upper body too!
It was great to come home to a clean counter in the kitchen! Thanks, daughter!
