Doesn’t seem like anything I’d want to binge 500 Cals on. Maybe that dressing was not worthwhile. Try building your own dressings… Best to you… I hope you exceed your goals!

280 in eggs and avocado alone, dressing thingie less than 30 cals. Loved every calorie. No bingeing here 😂 I carefully selected my ingredients for maximum satiety
