I like a salad with a touch of fruit n nut 🥗🍎🍇 some apple or grapes are lovely, and a few sunflower seeds or something.. the right dressing helps liven it up too. 😊 I'm always looking for new combinations to keep it interesting, cuz God knows lettuce isn't the most exciting vegetable out there, lol.
