3 days into week 4 of Beta Switch - not hungry - enjoy the diet for food.Recipies so far are super good. Workouts are tiring 5x a week (6 with Saturday) but starting to see changes and definition in muscles - it's just the time it takes - about 45 min for weights + cardio and change time is 2 hours.
Goal right now is 10 lbs to fit into main part of wardrobe... final 10 after that.
