I wasn’t looking forward to my weigh-in this week after being gone on vacation for a week. I gained 3 lbs back so I have major work to do. It’s time for me to start logging my meals again and stepping up my exercise, and hopefully get back to where I was before vacation. It was nice to have a week of no worries though and just de-stress at the beach. I also got to shop for some awesome health foods in some stores that we don’t have around here. Ready to tackle my goals!
