Feeling burnt out from work and just don't have the same drive and intensity in the gym this week. It's been 15 weeks of intense lifting and I think I might call it quits on The bulk 2 weeks early. Maybe A change In focus will kick things Into gear again and get me out if this funk I'm in. I just dont feel like I'm making the progress I had been either 😕 I guess being on call 6 of the last 8 weeks has finally broken me, it's amazing I didn't burn out sooner.

sometimes we need a break from working out, tracking food, etc! I hope you're able to rest a bit and recover! what kind of work do you do?

Thanks everyone for the support and ideas. I ended up taking 3 rest days this week because of how busy we have been.but even with 2 in a row my lifting session yesterday was sub par. I decided I'm definitly switching gears and starting the cut and working towards getting Into shape for the mud runs now. Planning on 2500 calories a day nothing crazy don't want to lose the muscle I spent so much time and energy building. I'm not on call for the next week and a half so at the very least my sleep will be a bit better and working less hours but once that's up I'm.back on call for 2 weeks back to back afte rthat ohhh well it's what I signed up for so I'll figure it out.
