I had a satisfying (full, complete, and good) day yesterday. After some professional activities, I played Scrabble with a friend at a restaurant that evening. Starting out the day, I "planned to eat off the plan". I managed a restaurant switch and tracked my dinner while waiting for it to arrive. Weighing in today, it seems to have worked out fine.
I was pleased I kept my consumption yesterday to fewer calories than on a plan day.
Today I'm going to have a free day, but I will plan to keep it within a predetermined limit.
