Marinated eggs for the first time and it was delitious! They were a bit wonky in the dish so some edges stayed white, lol Will do better next time

That looks unreal. What marinade was it

Hot water Honey (or brown sugar) Soy sauce Vinegar Bit of oil (I used olive oil but sesame would be even better) That's your base.. I dropped some sesame and crushed chilly in. Put boiled and peeled eggs in, to be covered in marinade (I cut mine in half to make it easier to submerge them), leave at least few hours and voila.. best thing is you can boil eggs in bunch and have it for few days, or once you eat them you can cook new lot to go into same marinade..
