Busy weekend, I missed lunch yesterday and today along with not taking my Humalog injection. Was surprised to see my blood sugar higher when I took it before supper. It seems like I lost 10 lbs with no problem and then stopped. Will have to cut back on portions more and see if that helps. The last 2 times at the gym I had to quit the treadmill and eat a couple of Ginger snaps to get my blood sugar up. Felt like I was crashing. At least I know what to look for now. It's all a learning curve.
