Just received my shipment of Jenny Craig food. Not a moment too soon!!! I also recently signed back up with a tri team that I worked out with a couple of years ago. After starting a new job recently, that I really like, I have found it difficult to get back into a rhythm of steady exercise due to starting my day 2 hours earlier every morning. This is when I used to work out. My days are also bit longer due to travel time. But...no excuses. I will now move forward in earnest. This web sight has just become my new accountability friend. At 192lbs, aiming for 172lbs. It seems to take a lot more work to lose those pounds than it does packing them on! Here we go!
