LOL---Cookies turn into crumbs and crumbs don't count. LOL. Aweee--we all need a cheat day. I'm trying to decide if it's going to be a Chinese Day when I cheat or pizza--I know, if I can find a big seafood buffet--clams, oysters, shrimps, scallops--that would be it!

i have a cookie break down every now and then. It keeps me sane. In the past I could knock out 10 cookies.. now its 3, which is way better.. so as long as you didnt eat them all I would say , no harm. Just get back on the wagon!
