starting the workout I wanted to get done yesterday with some weighted pull ups... made sure I was doing some progressive overload and used both kids this time around lol

The first one is the hardest Diana. There are tutorials online on how to do your first one. Two exercise are (1) dead hangs from chin-up bar - increase time to 30sec or more (2) negatives - start from the "chin on bar" position and hold there then lower slowly. Increase time …
Do these once per day or every other day for 1-2 weeks and you‘ll achieve your ellusive goal. Took me about 2 weeks. Once you achieve the first, the sky is the limit. Let me know if you need me to dig up the online post.

You have it all wrong.
Pull-up bars are for clothes to hang as you put them in the proper place in your closet. 😌
If I can wash, dry, sort the clothes I am doing my pull ups.

wifey9707 😄 i think your seriously over estimating my abilities haha the dog is around 70 lbs I think I need to make him his own fat secret profile to record his weighloss journey hahaha he's on a diet lol. My son's 55 lbs and daughters 28 maybe I could do one with the dog and my daughter... maybe I don't know if he would allow for that to happen though
