Treadmilling as I write this. It's hard, Going faster than I did on that call the other day, I can't explain what typing with both hands as I'm walking and thinking is doing to my brain. As for speed, right now, it's all of 1.3 MPH, purely in the interest of safety. And yes, I'm wearing the clip. Already made the decision if the laptop falls, it falls, not worth injury. I am on 8.0 incline though. not breathing hard, just moving. actual workout to follow later.
the new rule will be, if you want to play on the computer, you gotta walk it. Not to be confused with dog walks or other workouts. If I'm truly exhausted, we let it go. It's okay sometimes. I'm not sure why I couldn't make this work as will with the work laptop. I think it's the touchpad vs. haptic touchpad. just more used to it.
So there you go. Blob up slightly, water down, I knew that. such a slacker when it's cold. gorgeous day, going to clean up more storm debris and the dreaded backyard. hoping I can kickstart the electric in my office. it's been fun having a fireplace and all, but I need to get back to a real desk with big monitors so I can see longer.
Edit: almost laughable, 4 minutes, .3 mile. but hey, I wasn't sitting on my butt burning out braincells.
