Wow.. I slack for a week and everything changes on me! I've been super stressed and busy this past week. I moved into my grandparents home while they're away in Switzerland for 3 months this weekend. I was at a Swiss Kids Kamp the weekend before. This week, I am trying to get back on track. I haven't weighed in yet and I'm nervous. Maybe I can do better now that I am in complete control of everything I buy and put in my mouth. Here's to a new beginning!

I came home from a kids kamp in Alaska. I thought I gained 25lbs. I had gained 2lbs. You will get back on track. It will be ok.

Moving is stressful under ideal conditions. The move is over and you are getting back with your program. As you said "A new beginning". Don't you just love it how we can start over. That's just the best thing, to be able to start anew.
