I'll give it today (3rd day in a row) without the potatoes and if nothing drastic happens at tomorrows weigh in, I know what I'm having for lunch ;) In moderation of course.....
Silly me blaming one of my favorite veggies......
This weekend I'll be giving lentils a try. It's been about 27 years since I last had them and I didn't like them then, but I'm eating so many things now that I couldn't stomach before, so why not. They have a lot of fiber and protein that I really need......
