4/29/15 I want to also track: sleep Water intake Supplement and meds - I tend to skip them.
4/28/15 To bed at 10:30. Played ocean waves good. Binaural thing I also played was high pitched and kept me from sleeping. Probably asleep at 11:30.
4/29/15 Woke up at 7:30 am. so about 8 hrs - better than usual. I had gotten outdoors the day before. I want to try resetting circadian rhythm. Need to be in sunlight 10-15 min ASAP in am. missed it today cause I wanted to find a tracker program and eat breakfast instead of skipping it.
So far: ate breakfast 328 cal - with vegetables, 20 oz water, supplements. I will continue to explore the site. I just saw where I can record the movement/exercise.
