Exercise now 10-min 3x a day and added modern high-energy dance for 15-20 minutes. Feeling physically better with each day. Looking forward to what progress I can make in February. Plan on getting back to journaling intake and adding in exercise estimations. My first goal is a realistic 275 (30 lbs down from my highest), praying my Dercum's Disease will be kind to me for the foreseeable future, especially with the Fibromyalgia in remission.
