Back from Disney World! Had a wonderful time with my family creating magical memories. Those who have been there know it's a lot of walking so it was my saving grace. I came back to discover that I lost the 2 lbs I gained just before I went on vacation. There were times on this trip that I had to exercise incredible self-control and there were other times that I over-indulged (For example on my daughter's birthday when we went to Ohana at Disney Polynesian Resort - the grilled food was sooooooo good). I expected to come back with a good gain but when I hopped on the scale this morning I was surprised to see 200 ... Really? At the same time, I felt like I walked 10,000 miles everyday - I had sore legs and hips for first couple of days but I was fine after that. Now that I am back on the desk I am wondering if it will pile on! I have to get myself up and active now that it is warmer! I hope the Disney pixie dust is good to me and the warmer trends continue here! I am following the example of Draglist by consuming a lot of water and keeping my food choices on plan. It has worked before ... hope it works again! Have a great day all! Stay golden ....
