Ok. Here we go, again. 😂 After struggling with my weight since childhood and trying so many different diets, meal plans, exercise plans etc… and none of them ever feeling right to me, and having some progress, but feeling hungry all the time, I have decided to follow my gut and go strictly carnivore. I’ve done my research and for the first time ever, really have hope. Now, if you disagree with me, keep it to yourself. I have thyroid issues, skin issues, starting to have thinning hair, joint and back pain, and a few more items I hope to correct. Sooo, let’s see what happens over the next 90 days. That’s my commitment time, and I’ll check in every week to let the FS family know how I’m doing.
