Ate HORRIBLY yesterday and drank a cherry pepsi after being off pop for awhile. Big mistake. Oh well, today is a new day.
190.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try eliminating soda altogether - use Mio or something like that in water to make it taste better. Every day is a new start - good luck!
